The shade I have is Elusive it's a slightly darker than a natural colour on me and is a really nice pink. It will be great for spring and summer time.
Even though it is matte, it's not drying and is creamy and quite moisturising which I really like because that's what sometimes puts me off matte lip products because I think they will be drying.
The Matte Balm is also really pigmented and long lasting which I always look for in a lip product.
It contains Shea, Mango and Coconut Butter which does help to keep your lips moisturised and has a light peppermint taste to it but I don't mind it.
I like the packaging and the twist up crayon, I know it's not to everyone's taste.
These cost £7.99 like the other balm stains which I think is an alright price as I really like them.
Overall I think these are great lip products and would definitely recommend them and I definitely want to try more shades.

DeleteI recently bought some of the matte balms and I love them! I've got 'Unapologetic' and 'Showy Flamboyante' both have brilliant colour pay off and fantastic staying power ( the two things I look for in a lipstick).

ReplyDeleteI actually bought one of the balm versions today in Demure and am loving it.. I wasnt such a fan of the matte colours, I personally think that they are more of a wintery thing.
