Revlon Lacquer Balms-Guest Blog Post

Hey Lovelies, hope you all had a nice Christmas and got everything you wanted, here is a guest post today from the lovely Frederica.

Hello, lovelies. My name is Frederica, and I'm a mom to three who lives in the States. The very sweet and generous Ashleigh has offered me a chance to return to the world of blogging once more and feature a guest post on her lovely blog. Since Ashleigh lives in the UK and I'm in the Pacific Northwest, I thought it might be fun to write about a newly released product that I have personally confirmed with Revlon will be available in the UK come January 2014.

Last year, Revlon released the Just Kissable Balm Stains which everyone and their mother went crazy over here in the US. I have two which I have mixed feelings over. I like the colours but I find the actual texture kind of hard and waxy, not terribly balm-esque. Cue last month.... I started seeing some of my favourite beauty bloggers talk about the newly released Lacquer Balms and Matte Balms which are the newest incarnations of the crayon lip colour trend. I found a display at my local drugstore/highstreet that for once hadn't been picked over and had all 20 shades available. I was instantly drawn to the Lacquer Balms as I'm not a huge fan of matte lip textures, and I picked up both Coy and Ingenue.

Coy is a gorgeous ruddy brown with beautiful gold micro-shimmers (which don't really translate to the lips). I ADORE this colour, and I've been wearing it nearly every day. It is the perfect autumn red for a super fair lass like me. If you are a ginger like me, this is definitely a great red to try.

Ingenue is a perfect nude as it is a pinky brown that's glossy and very ladylike. Almost a baby pink with a touch of brown which saves me from the dreaded concealer lips look. I like this colour for the days when I can't be bothered to do a full face of makeup. It is such a pretty light colour, I don't even need a mirror to apply it. It also goes great with any heavier eye makeup look as it doesn't steal the spotlight.

If you come across these next month, definitely take a look and see if any strike your fancy. The Lacquer Balms are glossy and somewhat moisturising. A lot easier to wear than their Just Kissable Balm Stain cousins with a much better shade selection in my opinion.
Thank you for taking the time to read my little post today, I hope that you found it enjoyable. Like what you see and want more? Be sure to follow me on Instagram @delicatewhispy_.

Thank you to Frederica for doing this post for me and you definitely should follow her on instagram she has gorgeous pictures and a makeup collection that I’m jealous of and is so nice. I'm very excited to try these when they come out in the UK.

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a great day, can't believe it's not that long till Christmas, I'm so excited.

Today I thought I would review the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, I've had for about a month and have been using it constantly and think it's a great foundation.
When it comes to foundation I always like to try new ones, I mostly just use highstreet foundations, I've heard so many good things about the Bourjois foundation's so I finally decided to try it.

I have the shade 51 which is the lightest shade, it is slightly too light for me so I mix a darker foundation with it and it creates the perfect shade for me then. It's a perfect shade for paler skin tones.

It's a light to medium coverage and is quite dewy, I think the formulation is great it leaves my skin feeling really nice.

It does claim 16 hours but I don't think it lasts that long but it does last quite a long time, I've worn it for college when I've had a long day and it's lasted quite well.

I apply the foundation with my real techniques stippling brush and it is so easy to blend and looks natural on your skin.

Bourjois says "Give your skin a radiance boost and leave it looking flawless for up to 16 hours! Enriched with a fruit therapy formula; Apricot for radiance, Melon for hydration and Apple to protect your youth. It also contains crystalline pigments for an even complexion and healthy glow. Soft and easy to blend." I agree with the hydration, glow and radiance of your skin, it really does that.

The foundation is £9.99 which I think is a reasonable price foundation, you always have to spend more on foundation.

Overall I think it's a great foundation and highly recommend it. The only downside I would say is there no SPF.

Have you tried the Bourjois foundation, what do you think to it?

Also I've posed a couple of Christmas type video's on my YouTube if you want to look.

The Body Shop Gift Sets

Hey Lovelies, this is an exciting post for me, I was kindly sent two of The Body Shop Gift Sets to review on my blog which I'm extremely grateful for.

First off is the Mango Lip and Body Butter Snowman, I have used the lip and body butters for quite a few years now and I love them, there always something I repurchase. They both keep your skin and lips in good condition. The body butter is 50ml which I think is a good size for taking anywhere and it will last quite a long time, the normal size is 200ml which is a lot and last you ages but is quite bulky for travelling with so this 50ml is better for when your on the go. The lip butter is 10ml which is the normal size as there regular range. This is a great set for winter as your lips and skin tend to get a lot drier so this will help them stay nourished. This gift set is really cute and only £7 which is a great price if your on a budget and is a nice set for female family members or friends.

Next is the Strawberry Mini Cupcake Set , in this set you get a 60ml strawberry shower gel, heart soap and a pink and red scrunchies. I think the 60ml shower gel will also be good for travelling as it's a reasonable size and not too bulky. I've not used the shower gel before but the majority of the body shop products I love so I'm sure I will love this too. This smells really nice too, that's what I love about body shop products they always smell nice. This gift set is only £5 which is such a bargain and will be a great gift for people. I think they should also bring this gift set out for Valentines Day it would be perfect for then too.

They also have a lot more great gift sets for offer, so you should look in store and online. There gift sets are a reasonable price and you can get things on a budget.

"The Body Shop has been supporting education for over 20 years through our Community Fair Trade programme. Our sustainable trade has helped communities all over the world give their children a better future by enabling them to invest in the building of schools and provision of teaching materials. This Christmas, we want to show our commitment to education even more by helping to build five schools around the world in areas together with our Community Fair Trade partners."
All the purchases you make some of the money will be going towards building schools, which I think is a great cause so by buying a present for other people your also helping to build futures for children which is amazing.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Crush

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a good weekend, sorry for not posting much this week but after next week, I will be a bit more regular again.

I've used the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains for ages and have always liked them, so few weeks ago I picked up the shade Crush and thought I would do a post on it seen as I love it.

Crush is a perfect autumn/winter shade it's a berry plum shade and I think its a beautiful colour that will look nice on any skin tone.

I've always really loved the Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains, I find them to be quite moisturising and don't stick to dry patches and have good colour pay off that is long lasting and this just has everything I want in a lip product.

This shade does have slight shimmer in it but it isn't noticeable on the lips.

It's a buildable shade too, so you can get the colour intensity you want, you can dab it on so it's not too dark or noticeable or have it as a dark plumy colour.

I love the packaging, it's cute and sturdy, the lip crayon is easy to apply to the lips and if you need more product all you need to do is twist it up.

I've been loving wearing this shade constantly, it's such a nice shade and perfect for winter.

I have quite a few of the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains and I highly recommend them, they have a variety of shades, they are only £7.99 and are such a great lip product.

Do you have any of the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains, what do you think to them?

Natural Everyday Makeup

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a good weekend, I haven't done a makeup look in a while so I thought I would and here it is.
First off all I added the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pink Gold, then used the MUA Undressed palette I applied shade 1 all over the lid and then mixed 2 and 3 and added to the crease and outer corner and blended really well, then applied shade 4 as the highlight under the brow bone and applied eyeliner.

For the cheeks I contoured with the Sleek Contour Kit and applied the Natural Collection Blush in Sweet Cheeks.

Then for lips I used MUA Lipstick in shade 7 and Baby Lips over the top in Cherry Me.

I think it's a really nice makeup look that's not too much but you can tell your wearing makeup.

Hope you enjoyed the makeup look and if you wear this look, send me your pictures would love to see what it looks like on everyone else.

Benefit Coralista Ultra Plush Lipgloss

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a good day, I'm here to talk about the Benefit Coralista Ultra Plush Lipgloss that I got free in Elle magazine a while ago but I'm only just getting round to reviewing it.

I was so excited when I heard Elle magazine was doing Benefit freebies, I always thinks it's great when magazines do freebies as you get to try out a product and then you can decided if you want to buy a full size product of it.

I'm quite a fan of Benefit products so this was a huge bonus to be able to try this lipgloss.

I got the shade Coralista and like the name its a pinky coral colour. The lipgloss is quite a sheer and just gives a wash of colour on the lips but it's good for when you want to wear minimal makeup to just have on the lips or to go over a lipstick.

The lipgloss isn't stick why is always a plus for me as I like wearing lipglosses but hate when there sticky. The formulation is another bonus to this product as it makes your lips feel moisturised and soft.

I don't really have many coral lipglosses in my collection so this is a nice lipgloss to be added to mine and I think it would be for anyone else's collection.

Overall I think it's a great product and you should go out and get Elle magazine and for £4 you can't go wrong, they also sell the shades Dandelion and Hoola, I'm looking to get my hands on Dandelion next.

Have you tried the Benefit Ultra Plush Lipglosses, what do you think to them?

Disappointing Product-Stila Tinted Moisturizer

Hey Lovelies, sorry for not blogging much recently I've been busy with college and UCAS application but it should be back to normal soon. Hope your all having a nice day.
I always like negative post as well as positive posts as it helps you to know what to buy.

The lovely Chelsea was giving away some products on twitter a while ago and I saw she had this Stila Tinted Moisturizer, I've heard great things about Stila as a brand so I thought this would be a good product but it isn't and Chelsea agrees.

Even though it does say it's a sheer colour tinted moisturizer, it doesn't give you any colour or coverage at all, it looks like you have nothing on your skin.

It is quite thick but when applied it becomes really liquidly and feels greasy and I really hate it.

The only positive is that it does moisturise your skin, and has SPF but I still think it's a horrible product and doesn't do what it says, it isn't worth buying at all.

This has been the worse product I've ever tried and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Have you tried the Stila Tinted Moisturiser, what do you think to it?

Blogging Tips and Advice

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a good day, a few times I've been asked for advice on blogging so I thought I would do a post on it to help you, I've only been blogging for about 18 months so I'm not the most knowledgeable and I'm sure other bloggers will have done similar posts that have been blogging longer that you might also find useful but here's my post for you.
If your thinking about starting a blog, I highly recommend it every since I started I loved it, I enjoy sharing my posts and it's my own space on the Internet to write what I want and the blogging community is so supportive.

When I first started I was reading some blogs but I only had a bit of an idea on what to do, when I look back on my first post I think it's awful but you always have to start from somewhere and you learn as you go.

It's up to you what you want to use, you can use blogger, wordpress, your own domain or any other blogging sites, I have never used wordpress or any others but I find blogger easy to navigate and use and I know it's quite popular to use but find whats best for you.

When I first started I had no idea for a name it was very basic and I was just called acmakeuplover but after a while I hated it so I then came up with the name beautywaterfall it took a while but I love the name, my blog is mostly beauty so I wanted beauty in my name and then one day I was listening to song called waterfall and it was a nice song and I thought it clicked really well with beauty and waterfalls are pretty. It can be hard to think of a name but try to think of something original and that has meaning to you and don't make it too long so people can remember it.

The layout and design of your blog, when I first started I had no idea on any of the technology, my design was just a one you could use through blogger and it just had my blog name on it, it wasn't anything special and I didn't really like it but I had no idea on what to use. For the layout it was quite easy there was widgets in blogger on the layout in the gadgets that you can use and I just added them to my blog. The lovely Kate who is a blogger also, designed my layout for me as I was completely hopeless when I tried to do it myself, you can always try to do it yourself there's lots of how too's on Google and other people also design them and you can get them for cheap.

The content, when I first started I had so many ideas of post I wanted to do and it was mostly beauty I wanted to try to be original as well and not have the same posts as everyone else. Your content is entirely up to you, you can write whatever you want and you don't have to follow the crowd it's better to be original and write a post that not many people will have seen. I also think it's nice to do personal posts so people can get to know a little more about the person behind the blog.

For you photo's you don't need a brand new expensive camera, when I first started I just used my phone, as long as the camera is quite good and the pictures are good quality that's all that matters, when there on your blog just make sure there big and clear so people can see them. It is best to take pictures in natural lightening but I know now it's winter it's getting harder. What I like to do is take lots of pictures of what product I'm using so then you can go through them and find the best ones and also take different angles of the product. I like to just use a plain background but it's up to you but just make sure the background isn't cluttered. If your wanting to edit your pictures, I usually use Picmonkey which is a good free editing site.

I would say is interaction is key so have social media sites, I find twitter is the best there is different chats on different days that you can get involved in and share your blog link, lots of blogger use it and I have made so many blogging friends through twitter and their blogs. Interact on other people's blog leave them comments and tweet them. Always try to respond to all your blog comments, emails and tweets. It's fine to leave your links on people's blog with a nice comment but don't leave a comment saying follow my blog I'll follow yours nobody likes these sort of comments and don't spam people with your link. If you ever get the chance to go to events or meetups you should it's a great way to find new bloggers with the same passion as you.

The last thing I want to say it takes time to gain followers so don't get disheartened if you haven't got many followers, remember we all start off with the same number of followers none and it took us time to get to the number we have. I find the bloggers that I speak to are all so lovely no matter what there follower amount, so don't think you can't speak to other bloggers because they have lots of followers, they will speak to you.

I hope you enjoyed the post and if you have any more questions, you can tweet me at @ashleighcarrxx or comment below or email me at acmakeuplover@gmail.com.

Low Confidence and Self-Esteem

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day and I've got a personal post for you today, I haven't done one in a while so I thought I would.

Image from Google.

I think everyone at sometime suffers from low self esteem and confidence. I have slowly built my self esteem and confidence up but it has taken me a while and I'm still not fully confident.

When I was at school and because of bullying, I felt like there was something wrong with me and that I need to change myself to fit in but it's not true you just need to be yourself and accept everything about yourself including your flaws to become more confident and have self esteem.

Do what makes you feel more confident whether it's wearing your own fashion or makeup, I like wearing makeup just because it makes me feel more confident and pretty and I know it's not the best reason for wearing makeup but that's why I do.

If you have really low self esteem, write a list of all things you like about yourself this will help you feel more confident, I know it's hard to think of positives we are very critical on ourselves so if you can't think of any ask friends or family they will tell you.

Do what makes you happy if you want to lose or put on weight then do it for yourself and do it for the right reasons, we all have different shape bodies but if your happy with it then you don't need to change for anyone.

You just need to believe in yourself and see yourself positively and this will build your self esteem and confidence.

Remember were all beautiful and unique in our own way.

If anyone ever needs to talk to me about it, I'm always here and you can email me at acmakeuplover@gmail.com or tweet me at @ashleighcarrxx

I hope you found it helpful and that you become more confident and have high self esteem.

Guest Post on Top 5 Red Lipsticks

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a good day the lovely Heather from Beauty Journal has written a guest blog post for me, she's so lovely and has a great blog so you should go check it out.

Hello my lovelies, it's Heather from Beauty Journal here and today i'm writing up a blog post regarding my favourite red/orange toned lipsticks. The festive season is quickly approaching and the one thing which is always a party essential is a red lipstick and so I have tested my collection to bring to you, my top 5. I'm a huge fan of red lipstick all year round so i'm especially fond of the party season because I finally have the perfect excuse to wear a red lip.

The first lipstick that made it into my top 5 is the Urban Decay lipstick in 'Bang'; this is the perfect shade if you're looking for a true red, matte lipstick that doesn't dry your lips out. It's super long lasting and looks beautiful on all skin tones, including my ghostly white skin. My next favourite is more of an orange toned lipstick by Revlon; I'm a huge fan of this lipstick in the shade 'Kiss Me Coral' as its the perfect balance between red and orange, it looks beautiful on paler skin tones especially. Although it doesn't have the lasting power of the Urban Decay lipstick previously mentioned, it does last a good few hours (depending on how much you're eating and drinking). I then wanted to throw in a more 'vampy' red shade and so the cult favourite for a lot of people '107' by Rimmel (the Kate Moss line) made it into the pick; I absolutely love this shade as I feel it's extremely flattering and isn't too dark that it washes me out; it's an elegant shade which can be worn with a little mascara or a full on "out-there", smokey eye look.

I understand not everyone is confident enough to brave the bright red lipsick, and so I decided that the Revlon Lip Butter in 'Candy Apple' would be a perfect sheered out red lipstick to include. As with all the lip butters, 'Candy Apple' offers subtle colour whilst hydrating your lips (a total win-win situation in my book). The colour pay of is definitely buildable, obviously the more you apply the more pigmented it becomes. On the complete opposite end of the stick is the Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer in 'Big Bang' which is, in my opinion, the perfect party shade. Its super glossy (but not sticky) and has great pigmentation, and is the definition of 'true red'. I've found the lasting power to be amazing, as it lasts on the lips for approximately 6 hours (for me anyway).

I hope you've found this blogpost helpful and perhaps found yourself inspired to go try a new red lipstick. If you want to see more from me then head on over to my blog and give me a cheeky follow while your over there!

What's your favourite red lipstick?

 Bye, guys!

Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day, here's another review for you and it's on the famous baby lips, I'm a little late to this bandwagon but I still thought I would share my thoughts with you.
I decided on Cherry Me as it looked like a great shade and the most pigmented out of them all, there is 6 baby lips all together 3 which are just clear lip balms with SPF Mint Fresh, Intense Care and Hydrate and 3 that are tinted Cherry Me, Peach Kiss and Pink Punch, I like both clear and tinted but I went for the tinted one, they are £2.99 which is a bargain.

Maybelline say, "Baby Lips lip balm from Maybelline New York gives intense care and 8 hour hydration, and is nourishing for baby soft lips. Its clinically tested formula has a hint of colour and leaves lips feeling soft and smooth." Which I agree with but doesn't last 8 hours.

They smell really nice and fruity, this one obviously smells like cherry but it's not a too strong scent, they are really moisturising and hydrating on the lips.

The pigmentation is quite sheer in comparison to the Revlon Lip Butters which are a lot more pigmented. It lasts a couple of hours on my lips.

You can wear the baby lips on the own or over a lipstick, I've been really liking wearing it over a lipstick and it keeps my lips really nourished and moisturised.

Cherry Me is quite glossy and when applied comes out a pink not a cherry colour like in the name.

I think the packaging is really nice and cute but really simple.

Here's a swatch:
It's a really nice pinky shade.

Overall I do really like the Baby Lips but they have been over hyped for what they are and they aren't the best tinted lip balm I've tried.

What do you think to the Baby Lips?

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pink Gold

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day, I talked about the color tattoo's ages ago near enough when I first started blogging so it was a really long time ago, I recently bought the color tattoo in pink gold and thought  I would share my thoughts with you.
I loved the color tattoo's from when I first bought on and on bronze and now I still love them.

They are supposed to be a dupe for the MAC Paint Pot's I've never tried them so I don't know about the quality of the MAC ones but the color tattoo's are great quality there very pigmented and long lasting.

Pink Gold is a pinky champagne shimmery colour that is very natural looking and I've really loved wearing it.

You can wear it alone on the lid for just a wash of colour if your in rush and just want a bit of colour on the lid. I've been wearing it on the lid with eyeshadow over the top and I've really liked wearing it and will be posting a look soon with it.

I just use my finger to apply it, it's the easiest way and it's easy to blend as it's really creamy.

Here's a swatch of the shade:
It's a gorgeous shade as you can tell.

There only £4.99 and they are really worth the money there really pigmented and long lasting, I just wish they had more neutral shades.

What do you think to the color tattoo's, what's your favourite shade?

MUA Ever After Matte Eyeshadow Palette

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day, sorry for slacking a bit on my blog recently, I've just been finding it hard to think of ideas but I bought a few products that I can review and then I've got a few more ideas for other posts to do, if you have any suggestions on posts you want to see let me know.

Just over a week ago I bought the MUA Ever After Matte eyeshadow palette and I thought I would review for you, it's a quite new palette from MUA.

I love both matte and shimmer shades but I know a lot of people prefer matte shades, so this is a great palette to have if you want some matte eyeshadows.

The eyeshadows are quite soft and creamy and easy to apply, they do take a little more time to blend.

This palette is quite neutral, so you can wear it on an everyday basis and it's great for this time of year to wear neutral eyes and a dark berry or plummy lip. It also has a few darker shades that you can use to make it more smokey.

I also think it's great that MUA have now put names on the back for each eyeshadow. The names are Unwrap-white, Butter-cream, Bare-nude, Taffeta-Peach, Fade-brown, Penny-bronze, Chino-taupe, Truffle-chocolate, Fog-dove grey, Smoke-black. I think there all great names for shades.

My favourite shades to wear have been Penny on the lid and Fade or Chino in the crease and outer corner.

The eyeshadows are really pigmented on the bottom row and they are on the top but because they are lighter shades on the top they don't show up as much and they are long lasting.

Here are the swatches:
I have really pale skin so the paler eyeshadows didn't show up as much but when you apply them to the lid they do show up.

Overall I think it's a great palette and I highly recommend it and it's only £4 you can't go wrong.

Have you got the MUA matte eyeshadow palette, what do you think to it?

Fashionista Blush Palette

Hey Lovelies hope your all having a nice day, I thought I would share with you my fashionista blush palette, I've had it for quite a while and I love their blushes and I've been using it a lot more, so I thought I would tell you about it.
All fashionista blushes are highly pigmented, easy to blend and long lasting. They have matte and shimmery shades and there £4 each.

The shades I have are Flush shade 7 which is medium pink but on the skin it's more of a peachy pink, it's matte and very natural looking and is my favourite out of all them I think.

Next shade is Blushing shade 9 which is a dark pink and it looks scary in the pan but it doesn't come out that dark but you need to have a light hand when you apply it and it is also a matte shade.

The other shade is Cinnamon shade 12 this also looks like a quite dark, scary shade but it isn't, it's a dark peachy brown shade, it is also matte so you could use it to contour with but I just wear it on the cheeks.

Last shade is Juicy Apricot shade 6 this is the only shimmery shade I have, it's a light orangey/coral shade with shimmer but it's not too noticeable and it gives a gorgeous glow to the skin.

I love all these shades and I do want more and I like that you can get them in a palette.

Here's swatches of them:
Do you have any fashionista blushes, what do you think to them?

Top 5 Autumn Lipsticks

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a good weekend, I thought I would do my top 5 lipsticks for autumn, I always love wearing darker lips for autumn so here are my picks.
First there is MAC Diva which is a dark deep red wine shade, it's a matte shade but it's not drying on the lips and is very pigmented and it's just a gorgeous vampy shade that I should wear more often.

Next is A.K.A in Entise it's a dark berry shade and quite similar to Rimmel London 107 but its not as dark, it's very long lasting and really pigmented and was one of my first darker shades I ventured too.

The third one is L'oreal Paris Colour Riche in Plum Passion like in the name it's a purpley plum shade that I love and is different to the berry shades I go for, it has shimmer in it but it isn't noticeable on the lips and it's really pigmented.

The Rimmel London Kate Moss in 107 is a well known lipstick for beauty bloggers and YouTubers, it's a deep berry shade that is matte but not drying, it's really pigmented and long lasting.

Finally is a Beauty UK lipstick in Vampire this is a berry red shade that is pigmented, moisturising and quite long lasting, you just have to be careful when applying this shade as it is moisturising it is easy to smudge it.

Here's swatches of them:
What are your favourite autumn shades leave a comment below and let me know.

Keeping Your Lips In Good Condition

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day even though if your in the UK and it's chucking it down.

If your like me during the colder months especially in the winter, my lips get dry and flaky and these are the products that I use to help my lips to stay in good condition and so they look alright when I apply lipstick, let's be honest you don't want to wear lipstick with flaky patches on your lips.

.First off I use the Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub, this is £5.50 which I think is a reasonable price, you could also make your own lip scrub for cheaper so here's a link on how to. I just take some of the scrub and in circular motions rub it around my lips to get the dry flaky skin off, then the excess you can take off with a wipe or you can lick it off, the Lush lip scrubs do taste really nice. The scrub does really help if you have dry, flaky and chapped lips it evens it out and leaves them in good condition.

Then you can use Lip Balm or Vaseline, my favourite lip balm is the Burt's Bees one and is £3.69 but you could use any you have. The lip balm or Vaseline will keep your lips nice and nourished, soft and moisturised.

After doing both these steps your lips will be soft and in good condition so when you apply lipstick it will look good.

It's just a short post but I hope you enjoyed.

Do you have any tips or tricks to keep your lips in good condition, then leave a comment below.

Top 5 Drugstore Neutral Eyeshadow Palette's

Hey Lovelies, sorry for not blogging much and I haven't done a YouTube video this week just because I've been ill but I'm nearly better now, hope your all okay and having a nice weekend.

I'm mostly a neutral eyeshadow sort of girl when it comes to day wear and I know a lot of people like to wear neutral sort of shades so I thought I would share with you my 5 favourites and it will be good for beginners for starting to wear eyeshadow and there all cheap.

First is MUA's Heaven and Earth this a really nice palette for Autumn it has orangey, orban brown shades. In this palette it is shimmery so it's not to everyone's taste but I like shimmer. This is a dupe for the Naked palette so if you don't want to fork out £36 this is a good alternative at only £4. There easy to apply, really pigmented and quite long lasting.

The next is MUA's Undress Me Too this also has orangey browns perfect for Autumn but it also has taupey browns and black shades. This palette has matte and shimmery/metallic shades which I prefer but I still like shimmery and matte shades. This is a dupe for the Naked 2 so it's a great alternative if you don't want to pay £37 and just pay £4. There really pigmented, but the black isn't the most pigmented and there long lasting.
17 In The Nude Trio, it's got slight shimmer. It has a golden brown, taupey brown and a creamy highlight. These eyeshadows are really soft and velvety. There quite pigmented and long lasting.
This is the Rimmel London Quad in Smokey Brun, this is the old packaging but you can still get it. This was one of the first quads I can remember buying and I've had it for ages and it's one of my favourites. It has a creamy highlight, light taupey colour, a golden brown and a dark brown, these also have slight shimmer. There not the most pigmented but are quite long lasting.
This the last palette, I don't if you can get this quad anywhere I've had it for quite while and it's by the BC, Body Collection. These are matte shades it has a white and cream highlight, a purpley brown which I think is a quite unique shade and a dark brown. These are all really pigmented, soft and long lasting.
