March Favourites

Hey Lovelies, I think this month has gone quite slow but anyway here are my favourites for the month.

Beauty Favourites
The eyeshadow palette's I've been using a lot this month and love are MUA's Undressed and Undress Me Too, they are dupes for the Naked and Naked 2, I've been loving mixing shades from each palette, the Undressed is really pigmented, long lasting and good quality, the Undress Me Too the shimmery shades are really pigmented and good quality but the matte shades aren't as pigmented, I have a review of the palette here, if you can't afford the Naked palettes then this a cheaper alternative at only £4.

The Rimmel London Scandal Eyes eyeshadow stick in Bulletproof Beige, these are a dupe for the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils, it's a great multi purpose product, you can wear it on it's own just on your eyes, use it as a primer under eyeshadows, in the inner corner and under the lash line, it's really creamy, pigmented and long lasting, review hereThe Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Nude eyeliner, this is a great eyeliner it really brightens and opens up your eyes, it's very natural looking on the waterline and is pigmented and long lasting, review here.

MAC Pro Longwear Blush in Blush All Day is a nudey peach colour that looks natural and is perfect for everyday wear, it's really pigmented and long lasting and feels great on the skin, review here. Dainty Doll Blush in You Are My Sunshine, this is a blush more for summer but I've been loving wearing it, it's a medium pink with gold shimmer it gives a lovely glow to the skin and is long lasting, review here.

Rimmel London moisture renew lipstick in Vintage Pink, I've had this lipstick for ages and then I fell back in love with it, its a purpley pink, it's very moisturising and pigmented. MUA Lip Boom in Doin Good, this is a medium toned pink its a bit darker than my natural lip colour it's matte but not too drying, it's pigmented and quite long lasting, I'm not a huge fan of the glittery highlighter lipgloss I never use that end but I love the lipstick.

Non- Beauty Favourites

Music- Amelia Lily-Party Over, Demi Lovato-Heart Attack and Taylor Swift-22.

TV Programmes- Pretty Little Liars it finished this month till June but its been amazing, I always like that you don't know what to expect next, Lightfields was a TV show in the UK on ITV1 that's been so intriguing and it recently ended but it was good, Doctor Who returned this month and I absolutely love it and lastly Charmed I've already seen all the episodes but I've been re watching them on TV and online its an old favourite TV show.

Film- Struck By Lightening it's by Chris Colfer and I think he's amazing and it shows a completely different side to him as an actor and it's a really good film.

Food- Cereal-Strawberry Crisp and obviously Easter Eggs :)

What have been your favourites this month?

Ashleigh xx

  1. I love the MUA palettes too, they are fab for everyday use and you are right, if you cant afford the UD ones these are great alternatives. I havent bought the new one in white as I am on a spending ban at the moment, same for the Rimmel eye shadow pencil....I will be trying those in April when the ban is over.
I do love the nude eye liner, its fab for making you look more awake (much needed for me) and its a great dupe of the MAC one
